The white rice setting cooks rice as a traditional rice cooker would, using steam only. The Flex function allows you to use the unit as a pressure cooker or traditional stockpot. Yogurt allows you to prepare homemade yogurt with an easy-to-follow 2-step process. All food settings come equipped with preset cooking times and temperatures for ideal results.

The brown function allows you to brown foods in the same pot before cooking. Steam cooks your vegetables and fish with steam to preserve their nutrients. Keep Warm mode launches at the end of the cooking time to keep food warm until the cooker is turned off. Time delay allows you to delay cooking for up to 6 hours. The panel indicates when the unit is preheating, cooking, or if the lid needs to be opened or closed.

ETL approved, the Multi-Cooker will not open if there is pressure inside. The powerful heating element allows the Multi-Cooker to reach pressure/temperature quickly. The 6 qt. units use 1000 watts, the 8 qt. units use 1300 watts, and the 4 qt. units use 800 watts. The mute feature silences all sounds for quiet programming and transitions.
